I went her for a underarm wax, I go to their other salon battersea nails and beauty for my nails. It was the first time I’d had a wax here. She did not test the temperature of the wax before putting it on and she has burnt my underarms. I now have 2 big red burn marks on both sides. I have my underarms waxed every 2 weeks (normally at another salon) and I’ve never had a problem before I hate to leave a bad review but it has been really painful and I wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else.
