I noticed therapist didnt wash/sanitize her hands after the client before me. Treatment room could be a bit cleaner/ warmer. Removal was used with vaseline and slightly painful. My lashes feel uncomfortable when i close my eyes. A lot of glue was used so i have white bits in my lashes. One eye is slightly thicker too and not as long as i would like. Therapist was also quite hard handed with my eyes.

30 minutes late on my booking so I don’t see that point of booking. I have been going there for over a year now but recently they’ve been late a few time already as they take on customers regardless if they have an appointment or not. Good for walk-in but will not come back to this place if I need to book something.
