Not a good experience. They clearly can’t manage their bookings and timings effectively. I had booked and they were 15 minutes late to see me, and the majority of others who had booked and yet kept welcoming walk-ins. The guys refused to cut my nails because I wanted them short, was rude and overall the quality of the manicure is very average

I booked this venue for the first time because they had last minute appointments available and were the cheapest location in the area. I was happy with the value and end result, plus it was probably the fastest I've ever had a new set of lashes - taking less than 40 mins. Unfortunately it wasn't a very pleasant experience overall. When I arrived I was told the beautician was running late (ie not in the salon yet!) She arrived 20 mins after the booked appointment time and seemed very distracted. She was also quite heavy handed throughout the whole process, making me flinch several times with errant tweezers - not very reassuring when your eyes are in someone else's hands!
