Appointment at 1.30 but wasn’t seen until about 2.15. Staff were lovely it was obviously really busy but my extensions don’t quite fit right. They were good with shape and care though!

Not a good experience. They clearly can’t manage their bookings and timings effectively. I had booked and they were 15 minutes late to see me, and the majority of others who had booked and yet kept welcoming walk-ins. The guys refused to cut my nails because I wanted them short, was rude and overall the quality of the manicure is very average
