Lovely staff and salon , however my gell nails started to chip after just three days - really poor quality or technique - I’m not sure! It’s been 10 days and 5 of my nails have started too peel etc. Disappointing as I was v impressed at first.

Wax was burning hot but worse was that even when the therapist asked if the temperature was ok and I said it was burning me, she kept using it and didn’t wait for it to cool down. I repeatedly said that it was still far too hot and burning me but she made no change to her approach. Highly unprofessional.
