The lady tried to use the same wax strip multiple times to get my underarm hair off but it wasn’t working. Lots of missed hair which I had to comment for her to fix this up which ended up me being at home with tweezers as lots still missed. Also my underarms are in lots of pain and very irritated which isn’t normal for me. Won’t use them again
