In all honesty, one of the worst manicures I’ve had. I asked for an almond shape and I have some almond, some wonky, and some round nails. The builders gel is somehow on my knuckles and my double French tip nail art is not a consistent thickness. I know this place has a policy that if you say you’re unhappy they’ll redo your nails but after four times or asking my nails to be evened out (one was left 1cm longer than others) plus 2 people already waiting 20 minutes to be seen - I couldn’t bear to

Male therapist cut too deep cuticles and I have been bleeding for the whole pedicure session. I just hope tools they use are always completely sterilized but I have my doubts. I saw the scissor that made me bleeding put away on a shelf without doing anything else. I won’t go there anymore.
