I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but the lady (dark hair and glasses) who took off my BIAB cut the skin around the nail of FOUR of my fingers, leaving them very sore and painful. All the others I’ve had previously (past 1.5yrs) have been great. The guy who did the actual BIAB was good.
