Overall, awful experience. I’ve been there before with another therapist and it was great but there was someone new today and it felt as if it was the first time she was doing an eyelash lift. My appointment was as 1200 and on arrival she was not there. She arrived 15min late. Eyelashes lift was awful. She was pressing my eyeballs, really hurting my eyelashes. She clearly was having issues with the glue. She was scratching it trying to separate my lashes in a very painful way. AVOID!!
