I had booked BIAB because I wanted to try it as I've read it's healthier for nails. I didn't get that, but regular gel. The first technician was really bad, I kept asking to trim my nails shorter and had to ask her several times to make the edges even... then she started pushing back my cuticles so harshly that I started bleeding on the first nail she did... I asked for some disinfectant and she didn't understand a word of English so she asked a colleague to take over. He brought me a plaster..

Great pedicure, had really nice massage chairs. They even had a flip up thing where you could rest your legs, for example when they are scrubbing your feet. Recommended!

Manicure is fine, not amazing. Main issue is hygiene - nail tools were blown on to get rid of the dust and then put away...nail tech was scratching his head and then using his nails to tidy up my polish. Not great!
