Very disappointed with the management at this salon, came for BIAB, I asked for certain shape which the nail tech did not do. I did not make an issue about this but did explain that I asked for my nails to not be cut down. Then paid extra for tips which I pointed out were not matching when asked to check. I then attempted to book an appointment weeks later which was cancelled and I was told no one can do my nails with no explanation. Attempted to speak to management and nothing. Poor service
