Despite booking I did have to wait quite a while as looks they have over booked or taken on too many walk ins. BIAB was good but the man did file down the skin on my thumb which has left me in quite a bit of pain and is still healing

Booked appt for nail colour change yet took in walk ins before me Took Three separate staff to paint my nails each time one got up to go and do another customers nails whilst they were doing mine what should I’ve taken in 20 minutes Took over an hour
When I walked in, they look surprised that I had an appointment if they don’t have enough staff turn off the Treat-wellbooking system until you are able to take in bookings
