Booked a luxury pedicure and it was awful, worse than a basic one. Feet barely touched, black polish smeared all over my toes, nails not filed and left all wonky from just cutting them, no moisturizer or massage. I said I was ticklish and was ignored. The tech left mid-treatment with no explanation or apology; I waited 15 mins for the next one. Trousers got wet, polish was rushed and messy, all over toes. While there, two other people came in with complaints. Unprofessional — never again.
