I have had my biab done here 3 times now and each time I am SO impressed by how careful and precise the nail techs are. They are so patient with me choosing colours and also give great advice when I am unsure of which shade to choose. They make any tiny adjustments to the shape of my nails as requested and are always so friendly!

They are always great but this time my acrylic set was not done the same shape and one nail is narrower than the others Also even though I understand the nail polish is a normal polish and not gel polish but the color is rubbing off after 5 days and also it seems they are already growing out and I’m not sure if it’s because the way it was done was not done right above the cuticle also my pinky finger nail was not dried properly and was scratched as soon as I came home Thank you
