I got my eyebrows thread and tint was very good the therapist knew how to get my shape other salon ruined them very happy with my eyebrows. Got body massage by Sonia was amazing she got magic in her hands and facial was so relaxing. Bella nora I give 5/5 stars. Beauticians are professional and owner Verey sweet and helpful. Will definintly come back.
I had never been to or heard of this salon before but I needed to book a treatment quickly as my normal salon had closed without any warning. I arrived at the correct time and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and was immediately made to feel at home. I was asked to take a seat and told that my technician would be with me shortly. True to their word, Nazia came to collect me moments later and again was very friendly and put me at ease. She explained the process of my treatment and we continued on. Nazia was chatty and friendly and I felt hardly any discomfort at all and this was only due to the tiny hairs that were being removed. She also didn't stop with the treatment until I was 100% happy and even went over a bit that I wanted done again.
The treatment was slightly pricier than a normal wax but I felt no irritation afterwards which I have done in the past so I am more than happy to pay a little more for total comfort. Also, even though it was slightly more money, it was still A LOT cheaper then any salon in central London.
After the treatment, Nazia showed me out and everyone in the salon was very friendly and said bye too. I might have booked this treatment as an emergency but I will DEFINITELY be coming back as I was very happy with everything from the treatment to the politeness and friendliness of the staff.

Overall I was incredibly pleased with the service. I would have like the hairdresser to spend a little more time cutting my hair as price quoted related to 40 mins and entire process only took about 25 mins. The quality of the work done though was very good and I would go back again!
