Disorganised and under staffed. Kept waiting for over 30 mins, double booked appointments, unhelpful about this, offered no discount or complimentary service. Treatment average, done in a rush, results just ok, not worth the price, much better pedicures elsewhere. Not relaxing. Never again and won't recommend

Sonia was lovely but the pedicure was terrible. My toes still had dry skin around the nails when I got home. The nail polish was so old is was too thick to apply which I told her but she applied it anyway. I asked her to thin it down but she didn’t. She tested the polish for dryness and let me leave but as soon as I got home, most of the polish had been damaged as it was so thick and not at all dry. She was very sweet but I had to take off the polish and do it myself. Awful pedicure!

Very average; water was freezing in the foot bath, minimal nail care, minimal dead skin removal. Felt amateur. Another customer was loudly talking about her mental health throughout....Wouldn't go again.
