This was my second time at Bella Nora. I returned because my first experience with Nadia was great. This time I suspect I was assigned someone who was new. She was a pleasant girl and was very engaging throughout and all was well even when I left the salon. However, about 2 hours later my underarms were very sore from the waxing so I applied some lotion to soothe the burn while packing for my holiday. Next morning I notice big burn scars on my underarms which is when it struck me that she had probably used the wrong wax (instead of Lycon). The scars are quite bad and spread out and I really hope they heal and not last long.

Nadia is a nice and sweet girl. Could have been more accurate as I later found some hair left here and there, but overall good experience.

Demi is a true professional. I had manicure and pedicure with CND and she did them just as I like them and very quick. I am very happy with them!
