The massage was okay. said it was "booked with Santa", but it wasn't. It is best to ask Santa (I mistakenly spelt it "Sonia" in my review on 04/01/18, as that's how she pronounced her name) to do it if you need an effective massage treatment and to be treated like a valued customer.
I am recovering from back & neck injury. I had to lay out the hygiene cover on the massage bed all by myself. I even had to ask the woman if they could remove the cushion on it so that I could place my face in the hole that was concealed underneath it (which I only knew because I had been there before). And then I had to ask for the cushion to be placed behind my head & neck when I had to turn & lay on my back. She moved it whilst putting me in a dangerously awkward position. My neck felt worse afterwards. It was meant to be a relaxing session...

Bella Nora is a lovely, welcoming salon with very friendly staff. My beautician was amazing. She ensured I was relaxed and his massage was definitely wha I needed! My only critique would be he temperature of he room. I was fairly chilly for most of my session which sopped me being fully immersed in he experience. However, I would go back again

Sonia was friendly and professional. She gave the nicest massage. The salon was clean and very nice inside. Not too far from East Ham station. Highly recommended.
