Originally I booked to go to East ham branch, but they called me the next day to say the hairdresser doesn't work on Thursday so they asked if I could go to leytonstone branch. It was a shame really that I had to travel all the way there when I originally booked it for East ham, which is closer to home. So I went to eat ham, It was absolutely amazing. The lady who did my hair was lovely, we chatted for the whole time I was there. The cut was lovely and exactly how I wanted it but the blow dry wasn't really what I was expecting and my hair felt limp after 10 mins. When I went to the east ham branch the girl who normally does my hair, the blow-dry honestly lasts a couple of days. So that was a bit disappointing.. Overall she did a nice job and would go there again. The salon could do with taking away days on the app if it is not available instead of asking their customers to travel..
Overloaded my face with product, kept seeping into my eyes, everything was rushed...I was taken in 15mins late and left 15mins early. I was due to have a facial with massage included , plus an additional 25 min massage which I paid for additionally but was robbed of. I had no where to put my bag, jacket...no mirror in the room, no tissues, no refreshments offered.
