The staff here are really nice and the venue is always clean and welcoming. My brow threading was quick and not too painful. I was happy at the time, but when I got home and looked properly I realised that one of my eyebrows had clearly been made shorter than the other one and they looked uneven. A shame as otherwise a good experience!

Chyna was great, although when she finished she didn't quite clear up the very fine eyebrow hairs to which she did make up for. Upper lip threading was great. Her hair was just all over my face is all which is unsanitary. Towards the end, not sure if Chyna was quite finished with me and a new customer comes in, her senior staff asked Chyna if she was ready while she was still trying to finish her job with me. The senior staff took a glance at my face and said "that's finished" as if to rush her

The best at brow lamination always. Love that it includes a tint and thread shape too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
