Chyna was absolutely great, this was an appointment to rectify a problem with a different technician. She was extremely professional and friendly. The lashes were great, it’s just unfortunate that it was to infill a previous technicians work. Where Chyna did her work the lashes have lasted but the rest of the lashes from the previous appointment continued to fall out and looked gappy. Not her fault, if she had worked from a blank slate they all would’ve been perfect and lasted as expected

Booked in for an express volume set which initially looked fine but did not last two days, I contacted the salon and Debbie promptly booked me in with someone else to fix them. Good customer service by Debbie but the lashes were disappointing. The atmosphere as a whole was nice but it’s uncomfortable and far from relaxing to have technicians chewing gum when they’re doing your lashes, in future this should really be avoided as it is not professional.
