Location was fantastic, very clean. Delia was very nice. The price was very good/reasonable! Definitely would go back! Only fault I have is that I would of liked for Delia to show me throughout the process whilst doing my eyebrows, step by step at the stages of doing it, so I could see how dark they had been. But other than that was very pleased. Thank you.

Lash lift was great, but I am extremely disappointed with the microblading. The shape was uneven, with one side higher than the other and the middles of both brows looked under done and too short. I had been led to believe the top up was included in what I paid, so I didn’t raise a concern as I thought we could fix it then. However, the dealings since have been terrible and I’ve had no choice but to go elsewhere. It looks like I never even had a treatment! Very unimpressive customer service.

I came for my top up after almost a year I had decided that I wanted a slightly different shape and Delia took time to remap my face and we agreed on shape. She would check in through out to make sure I was comfortable. I absolutely love the final outcome. Would definitely recommend!
