Terrible experience. I showed up ten minutes early and was left waiting for over half an hour with little communication from the other staff members as to why I hadn’t been seen yet. In the end after waiting I was asked if I could reschedule as the woman doing my eyebrows was “running late” and “feeling unwell”. It’s common courtesy to let someone know prior to an appointment if they are unable to show. Waste of my time and money.

Felt very welcomed to the salon, everyone was very friendly and chatty. Really enjoyed my experience and felt comfortable. Delia was great at understanding what I wanted and gave a lot of advice. I left with fab looking eyebrows and can’t wait until they fade so I can see the finished result. 😊

First shape and tint for my brows in quite a while and am very happy that I chose to come to Bella Lash Brow to get it done! The shape of the brows are perfect and the tint, if a little too dark still really compliments the shape. Will definitely be coming back!
