Terrible experience. I showed up ten minutes early and was left waiting for over half an hour with little communication from the other staff members as to why I hadn’t been seen yet. In the end after waiting I was asked if I could reschedule as the woman doing my eyebrows was “running late” and “feeling unwell”. It’s common courtesy to let someone know prior to an appointment if they are unable to show. Waste of my time and money.
