I wasn't able to have my treatment done because of a 'no kids' policy which wasn't highlighted anywhere on the website. Very unfriendly, they just told me they will cancel the appointment. No apologies no empathy.

The treatment was quick and efficient and the results look amazing. Definitely 10/10 for results. It was so easy to book in my treatment after the consultation and the lady was really friendly and professional.
The only thing I can think that could be improved was to have a bit more of an explanation during my consultation but that's equally on me for not asking many questions and being a bit nervous.
Overall really good experience and will come again!
