Had my eyebrows threaded and didn’t realise until I got home how uneven they both are. One is shorter in length than the other the shape of one brown has been completely changed. Not happy at all

I wasn't able to have my treatment done because of a 'no kids' policy which wasn't highlighted anywhere on the website. Very unfriendly, they just told me they will cancel the appointment. No apologies no empathy.
