I had a great experience at Bella lash Brow, The salon is impeccable, the owner and the staff are all passionate and attentive.
Microblading was appealing because it cut my morning routine in half, no more penciling them in every morning.
This process has to be repeated regularly, but years rather than weeks .
I’m fine with that .

I was incredibly unhappy with my lash treatment. Everyone who worked there was lovely in person, however my eye lashes were not lifted at all. I was told they would lift over the next 15 minutes but they have not. I have since emailed the salon twice asking for a refund or for some kind of retribution. I have left my phone number as well as my email address but no one has contacted me. I am very disappointed with my treatment and how my complaints have been continually ignored.
