I was incredibly unhappy with my lash treatment. Everyone who worked there was lovely in person, however my eye lashes were not lifted at all. I was told they would lift over the next 15 minutes but they have not. I have since emailed the salon twice asking for a refund or for some kind of retribution. I have left my phone number as well as my email address but no one has contacted me. I am very disappointed with my treatment and how my complaints have been continually ignored.

I was having a touch up of my eyebrows microbladed after over a long year of lockdowns!! My touch up took no longer than half an hour and my gosh the results even though it's only been a few days are beautiful! The strokes are so natural and no shading was needed. As me and Delia thought they look nice and natural as they are! I definitely very much like the improved natural microbladed eyebrows, and Delia's technique is great!
