Delia was very reassuring which I appreciated for my first experience. Each step of the way, she checked in with me. When it started to hurt me, she would stop immediately to add more numbing gel. I felt completely safe in her hands. Also, I love the shape she has given me. She did exactly what I asked for. My friends and family have also commented on what a great job she has done. Thank you!
