Owner of the salon had a long team meeting whilst I was getting my treatment which involved telling the employees off for certain aspects of their customer service - it was all a bit ironic as the team meeting itself was creating a terrible customer experience for me and the others in the salon. The girl who did my eyebrows was lovely but she did a terrible job of them, I suspect it was because of the circumstances! Won't be going back.
