It was my very first time having my my eyelash and eyebrows tinted and keishelle made me feel very relax, and made me aware of what's going on at each steps is taken so I really felt really comfortable. & Keishelle also helped me change my appointment date. Very good 👍

Got a classic set, left up and immediately saw that my right eye had far less lashes and had big chunks missing. I called to see if I could come back and have more lashes put into the gaps but I got no answer, left a message and after two days I still haven’t been called back. On my holiday now and all of the lashes have fallen out. The staff were all so lovely and the atmosphere was great, but the lashes themselves were awful.
