I made a trip to Bellla Lash Brow for the second time and I must say, what a lovely, warm atmosphere. The technician that treated me was new, but she was fantastic. She took her time, had great attention to detail and really wanted to make it look perfect. What made all of this more remarkable is she was very efficient and I made my appointment afterwards comfortably.
I would definitely recommend Bella Lash Brow and will most certainly be back.

DISGUSTING AND TERRIBLE! I had no idea I was booked in with a junior technician, I left the salon with gaps on my lashes and it looked absolutely disgusting! With her manager and herself knew I was flying out the next day and used “not enough time” as an excuse to destroy my natural lashes. I came out with clumps and gaps looking like an idiot. They also knew I was flying out the next day however had the audacity to tell me that I should come back after holiday for a infill. EVERYONE AVOIDD!

Absolutely terrible lashes. They were not hybrid lashes. They looked like they were 3/4 weeks old. I had to find a last minute technician to fix the issue as i was flying out the next day which was very stressful. I messaged Debbie the next day explaining my frustration and requested a refund but she deliberately chose to ignore it which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would strongly advise everyone not to go to this salon as their customer service is extremely poor.
