Eyebrows were threaded unevenly and far too thin. My corner eyelashes have been missed entirely when they were tinted and I wasn’t asked what colour I wanted tinted.

The salon was aesthetically pleasing and clean. The beautician was friendly enough, however I felt as though the service was rushed - perhaps she had somewhere more important to be. As the service progressed, I had little confidence that my brows would turn out well and as expected, I was extremely unhappy with the outcome. The shape was uneven, minor tear/bleeding on the skin around my brows and overall looked unremarkable. I was better off leaving my grown out brows as they were.
