No prep on eyebrows so ended up with a lot of dye on my skin, had to scrub off when I got home. Didnt ask what I wanted regarding shape just started doing it.
It’s a shame because last time I had such a good experience but won’t be going back.

Lovely technician however the lashes were far too big for what I’m used to - more personal preference but I should have shown pictures of what I was expecting.
