Staff are polite and listen to clients. The more experienced staff check the work of the juniors and make sure it's up to standard, and any issues are listened to with respect. It's a nice place to go to.

In less than 1 week the lashes began to fall out in their numbers. By the end of week 1 there were so many gaps I already needed a refill. I was able to pull off the few remaining lashes with such ease that it made me think they used poor quality glue. I contacted the business to cancel my refill and sent a picture of how poor the retention was and they just left my message on read, no apology, nothing.
