I had a cut and blow dry by lovely Arkin who was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made me very comfortable and did a great job. Amazing blow dry.

My first experience was much better than this. Oh dear, little things matter to me. I did not enjoy this treatment for three reasons. Firstly, I did not have the massage prior to washing (that did not bother me much) but just then as I was getting my hair washed, my seat was taken by another customer and I had to be moved to another...I disliked that. It was not busy at all and there were vacant seats so I cannot understand why my seat had to be taken. That was it...the treatment just went sour. I was not relaxed and became chatty to suppress my annoyance. My hair was happier when I got in than when I got out - except that it was straightened.
