I always go to Hazel but this time my experience was not as good as it usually is, she started doing someone else’s hair while doing mine which meant I had to wait for at least 20min before she could come back and attend to my hair again. I don’t like that at all.

Arkin was attentive and dedicated to ensuring both my experience and final style was wonderful. It really made me feel like a Queen! Superb work.
Another great experience with Arkin, hair feels fantastic. And I left the salon feeling very relaxed after a busy day at work. A treat!
The most important one to start with is to let others know, that Arkin told me I don't have to pay, just don't leave a bad review! I paid and for the first time, mainly for this comment, I am leaving a bad review.
- Late for over 30 min with my appointment
- Pulled my hair many times and said he needs to activate the blood flow
-Made my back all wet
-Told me he used to work in Marleybone before with celebrities so I am very lucky!
- Ruined my hair, horrible attitude.
