Nails very good quality and the nail technician was taking a lot of care over them. She was very chatty and pleasant.
I had a bad ombré done elsewhere to my hair over a year ago and I’m stilling feeling the effects of it now. I’ve been going to various salons since then to dye over it and get gradual trims because the ends were so badly fried and very dry, but I didn’t want to chop it off all at once, because I quite like keeping my hair long. I came in today for a wash cut and blow dry still having some very dry and lighter ends. The lady, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch (sorry), called me before my booked appointment time to apologise that she would busy at the time planned and kindly asked that I come in a few hours later. To be fair, I did book the appointment very last minute after deciding spur of the moment that I wanted my hair dealt with ASAP. I didn’t have any issues with coming in later and appreciated being called, rather than having to go in and be turned away or made to sit and wait. Upon my arrival, I was attended to quite quickly, had my hair washed, cut to my desired length and blow dried. I had a very straight forward idea of what I wanted and the lady did exactly what I needed quite quickly, which was great since my hair is quite long and very thick. It’s the quickest wash cut and blow dry I’ve ever had and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you so much!

The treatment started slightly late but was good altogether. The technician was friendly and chatty and the rest of the staff were nice too. Will be going back
