The actual wax was very good and the beautician was professional and friendly, however I had paid extra for hot wax and was waxed with strips. There was also no disposable paper cover over the bed just a plastic sheet which made me worry about the cleanliness Overall though, the actual wax was compele, quick and relatively painless so I would go back
