My visit fell far short of what I expected. I experienced significant pulling and tugging along my brow during the treatment,no tweezers were used to tidy up my brows and I was never shown the results. I saw why at home. I suffered significant discomfort for 24hrs , I had a red patch under 1 brow which later scabbed. The brows are incorrectly shaped and I worry they will not grow back. I addressed this directly by email with the salon on the day of the appointment. I have yet to have a reply.
