I was not provided with the service as advertised.
The treatment was advertised as being 1hr long and I could get colour which was £29. I chose this option as I wanted colour on my nails but not gel polish.
After 25min of cuticle tidy and a file I was told I was done. When asked about colour they informed me they only did gel polish and couldn't even do a simple clear with normal polish.
Please update your services as what I got was not what I paid for.

Lovely salon. Treatment was fully explained and discussed with me. This was a consultation but a trial to check it was suitable for me was also carried out. Very happy with experience and booked full appointment afterwards.
