Salon was locked when arrived. Phoned and knocked with no answer and waited in the cold for 10 minute after my start appointment time. I made a point of arriving a couple mins early for my massage to benefit from the full time booked. Checked the clock when I changed and my massage was only 20 mins, not 30 as expected. Good massage, but clearly cut short for the next client as she was running late.

A beautiful set of nails with amazing attention to detail. There is an amazing array of colour choices and the combination I ended up with are both gorgeous and flattering. I have so many compliments about my nails. Natalie was fantastic and the end result is amazing.
