Went in knowing exactly what I wanted, the same hair cut I've had for years. Have walked out with a very disconnected cut which isn't what I asked for. Was given unwanted advice about my personal life, which was unnecessary, and stylist didn't understand the term 'layers'. Friendly ladies, but don't listen properly.

I was not happy with my hair at all, firstly I asked for an inch off my hair and more was cut off as that’s what she recommended (fair enough!) I clearly said no and she still kept cutting! I also asked for my fringe to be feathered and trimmed and she said she’ll do it last, whilst drying I mentioned the fringe and she said ‘oh no I can’t do itit’s already dry now!’ When I clearly asked. I was also charged an extra £10 for a blow dry that didn’t last for more that 30 minutes, the curls fell out
