I booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry. I received a wash, cut and a rough dry with some styling. It's the kind of styling I do by myself at home. Had I known, I would have booked for a wash and cut only and save my money. The haircut was nice but no heat protection was used nor was I asked if I liked the length or how I liked it styled. The stylist just decided to wave it.
