I have had several bad experiences since moving to London with hairdressers so I was apprehensive going here for the first time but I absolutely didn't need to worry. Natalia was so lovely, listened to me about what I wanted and talked with me about it, and I'm so pleased with the cut and the styling she did after. 100% making her my regular hairdresser - what a relief!
