This was my first visit to Bella & Bello for a shellac mani/padi. The nail technician was excellent and very thorough. Unfortunately the appointment took much longer than I am used to for this type of treatment, impacting the rest of my day. The salon and staff were excellent; however I would recommend you call to confirm appointment duration times as it's not quite what was advertised. The salon advised this was because I also had to remove my existing shellac; however I would still say that over 2 hours is just too long for this type of treatment. Would be great if they could speed it up as otherwise the service was impeccable!

Rachel was just awesome!
Really nice personality, she definitely enjoys her work. I made my appointment with another person from the staff, but as my haircut requires different skills than for long hair, Rachel looked after me the entire day. I'm saying this because I was supposed to get only a fresh haircut, but in the meantime, I asked if is possible to change my hair colour as well. She said <yes> straight away and took care of all my requests. The final result is stunning, I'm really excited about it. Everyone from the staff is friendly and welcoming, smiling always and inevitable spreading good vibes. I’ll be back, for sure!
