Rough and rushed. My hair washed felt like I was being scrubbed and I was out of the door in no time. The haircut itself is great but a more gentle treatment needed.

Affordable and capable. Pleased with the cut and service. Could just use a clean.. there were hair clumps on the same tray they rested the water the offered me. Stains on the chairs from different dye jobs. A simple clean and some attention to nice glasses and better quality towels would make such a big difference.
Kayleigh was great, so took my experience from a 2.5 to a 4.
