I didn’t even made an appointment but Donya saw that my eyebrows are terrible and she helped me out. I could stay, she had another 10-15 mins for me! So helpful!❤️

This was my first visit but the ladies at Bella & Bello treated me like a well-loved regular.
I only needed a shellac removal this time but would have loved to stay for a manicure. Will be back again.

I was not happy with my haircut. My hairdresser Rachel cut my hair in a way I could only describe as hacking, she also cut off 4 inches when I requested only 2 inches and gave me choppy and badly done layers at the front of my hair which I did not ask for.
I did ask for it to be fixed up but she only blow dried my hair more and hacked at my ends.
I have been left deeply and obviously upset and I was not offered a refund or apologies by any one at the salon.
I will not be using them again.

Really liked my experience, helpful & friendly staff, and a great haircut! Plus, it is so much cheaper than some other places I've been in London so that helps win it for me!
