This was my first visit but the ladies at Bella & Bello treated me like a well-loved regular.
I only needed a shellac removal this time but would have loved to stay for a manicure. Will be back again.

I was not happy with my haircut. My hairdresser Rachel cut my hair in a way I could only describe as hacking, she also cut off 4 inches when I requested only 2 inches and gave me choppy and badly done layers at the front of my hair which I did not ask for.
I did ask for it to be fixed up but she only blow dried my hair more and hacked at my ends.
I have been left deeply and obviously upset and I was not offered a refund or apologies by any one at the salon.
I will not be using them again.

Really liked my experience, helpful & friendly staff, and a great haircut! Plus, it is so much cheaper than some other places I've been in London so that helps win it for me!

Excellent shellac manicure and classic Pedicure. The staff were really friendly, and lots of attention to detail. Nice clean environment. I was able to relax whilst being pampered after a long day at work. Thank you Joanne.
