Excellent experience. Very good colour knowledge, highly recommend for anyone who wants highlights/lowlights. Hairdresser made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted.

The hair stylist that originally was meant to blow dry my hair was not able to do it. She got my hair tangled in the brush and was not sure what to do. I then started to blow dry my own hair! The other stylist came over and finished off, she was very good and done a good job.
