AFTER my hair had been washed I was told the price had gone up. I’ve been going since it opened over 2 years ago and always paid for short hair (I have a chin length bob). I was flabbergasted. When I got up to walk out (with wet hair) the owner said this time I could pay for short hair. She was confrontational and rude. There won’t be a next time. I’d been waiting in the salon for 20 minutes so why they didn’t tell me about the price increase then I don’t know. Disgraceful.
